24 year old, 5’1”, 110 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, with the use of Keller Funnel and placement of 345 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants, behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 34B to 34D.
