33 year old, 5’7”, 135 lbs underwent bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation thru an inframammary incision. She had placement of 350 cc smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implant on the left and 400 cc on the right. Her bra size changed from 36A to 36C.
