Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #21
27 year old, 5’4”, 127 lbs desired to have larger and fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation, with the use of Keller Funnel, through an inframammary incision with 400 cc moderate plus profile silicone implant on the left and 425 cc moderate plus silicone implant on the right. Implants were placed behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 32B to 32D.
