Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #62
27 year old, 5’2″, 115 lbs, unhappy with the size of her breasts. She wanted a larger breast but also wanted fullness in the upper pole. She underwent bilateral breast enlargement with placement of 450 cc moderate plus silicone implant on the left and 475 cc moderate plus silicone implant on the right to obtain better symmetry. The implants were placed in a subpectoral location or behind the muscle. Perioareolar incisions were used to place the silicone implants. Her bra size changed from 32B to 32D.
