22 year old, 5’3”, 120 lbs desired to have larger breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, behind the muscle with the use of Keller Funnel, with 360 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants. Her bra size changed from 32B to 32D.
