Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #18
38 year old, 5’11”, 150 lbs with history of 2 prior pregnancies with breast feeding. She had complaint of loss of volume and upper pole. She therefore underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 500 cc moderate plus silicone gel implants through a periareolar incision, with placement behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 36A-B to 36D.
