26 year old, 5’3”, 145 lbs with history of 2 pregnancies and breast feeding desired larger and fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation via inframammary incision with 450 cc high profile silicone gel implants, placed in a subpectoral plane. Her bra size changed from 36A to 36D.
