27 year old, 5’5”, 115 lbs underwent bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation thru an inframammary incision. She had placement of 350 cc smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implant on the left and 375 cc on the right. Her bra size changed from 32A to 32C.
