33 year old, 5’4”, 128 lbs with history of 2 pregnancies and breast feeding, desires to regain the fullness she had lost. She underwent bilateral breast implant placement with 425 cc smooth round moderate plus silicone gel implants via a periareolar incision, behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 34 B to 34D.
