Tummy Tuck Before & After: Case #46
38 year old female, 5’6″, 195 lbs, with a history of gastric bypass, had lost 210 lbs from her bariatric surgery. She had significantly loose abdominal skin and pannus with excess laxity in the upper abdominal area. She also had lost breast volume and had significant ptosis of the breasts. She subsequently underwent a combination of fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty with muscle plication as well as silicone breast augmentation with mastopexy. These procedures were done concomitantly. She had removal of 4 lbs of skin and fat.
