53 year old female, 5’8″, 230 lbs, with a history of gastric banding a couple of years prior to her cosmetic procedure. She desired removal of the excess hanging skin. She underwent abdominoplasty with removal of 6 ½ lbs of skin and fat. She also underwent plication of the rectus muscles as well.
