44 year old, 5’6”, 180 lbs with history of 3 pregnancies, had complaint of significant bulging and loose abdominal skin and also had complained of fullness of her hips. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with plication of the rectus muscles and liposuction of bilateral hips.
