24 year old female, 5’5″, 145 lbs, with history of 100 lb weight loss by diet and exercise. She had been stable at her current weight for the past 6 months and wanted improvement in the abdominal contour with removal of the excess skin. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication.
