Breast Revision Before & After: Case #11
43 year old, 5’7″, 165 lbs, with history of subglandular saline augmentation and complaints of pain in both breasts. She was found to have Baker Grade 4 capsular contracture. She underwent bilateral complete capsulectomy with conversion to subpectoral silicone gel implants with full lift. She had placement of 250 cc smooth round moderate plus implants on the right and 300 cc on the left.
