Breast Revision Before & After: Case #2
52 year old 5’8”, 195 lbs with history of breast augmentation 20 years ago with 450 cc saline implants. She wanted removal of her breast implants and a lift performed. She was also interested in fat transfer to help fill in the upper pole after the implant was removed. She underwent bilateral breast implant removal with full lift as well as fat transfer to the upper pole. She had 200 cc of fat transferred to each breast.
