Breast Reconstruction Before & After: Case #27
37 year old with history of BRCA desired bilateral mastectomy. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy via a radial incision. She had a two stage reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and alloderm at the time of the mastectomy. She later underwent placement of 800 cc cohesive extra full silicone implants.
