Breast Lift Before & After: Case #25
24 year old, 5’2″ and 149 lbs, underwent bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation with 275 cc moderate saline implant to achieve more fullness in the upper pole. A breast reduction of 350 grams was performed on the left breast and 80 gram reduction on the right breast to achieve breast symmetry and be able to use the same size implants bilaterally. She underwent a full (anchor) mastopexy as well. Breast size remained 38D.
