Like many others on Realself, I decided to have a breast augmentation done after years of consideration. I am 5’4 105 lbs. I trusted my ps with his judgement, asking for natural looking C’s. My BWD was measured at 11 cm. Dr. E placed 300 Left – 325 Right Moderate Plus Silicone with areola incision .
After meeting with several reputable plastic surgeons in Orange County and Beverly Hills, I knew Dr. E was the one within the first few minutes of our initial consultation. Not only did he have impressive credentials, he was extremely patient, caring, and personable. He used the keller funnel technique to perform my BA. His surgical skills are impeccable making recovery a breeze. Thanks to Dr. E and his staff, I was at ease through the entire process. I am extremely happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. E!Extremely happy with my decision! Would definitely do it again in a heartbeat!!!

I was referred to Dr Esmailian from a long time friend and was so impressed with the work I had seen that I actually flew from another state to have my procedure done. I was initially concerned about being out of state but his staff was so helpful every step of the way. Not only am I super impressed with his customer service, but he did a phenomenal job on me and it was better than I could have ever expected! SUPER SUPER HAPPY!
Hernia Repair AND Tummy Tuck – Orange County, CA

I had a gastric bypass 8 years ago with a 155 pound weight loss. Last year I had to have an (unrelated) open bowel surgery that caused what we all thought was a small inscisional hernia. I decided to get a “two-fer” (hernia repair AND tummy tuck) at the same time. So I selected Dr.Esmalian because he was not only a Board Certified plastic surgeon but a Board Certified general surgeon as well.
I found Dr. Esmalian on this website/blog after googling “hernia repair and tummy tuck”. I was impressed that he was Board Certfied in both plastic surgery and general surgery. He was also very close to where I live. He explained the procedure and how he could repair the hernia without mesh, which was very important to me. He also provided options for extra pain control, also very important to me. His support staf, especially Sam, was very responsive to my needs and really listened and responded. And above all, the procedure was a successful, I healed without complication AND I have a “banging body”. I only gave 4 stars on the wait times because he is a busy and popular doctor, which is a good thing!! I didn’t mind the wait as the office is very beautiful as well. 🙂 So if you are out there with or without a hernia I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Esmalian. He and his staff really listened to my needs and I had a great experience and best of all a body that makes me feel like a different person.
